Lodovico Guistini is an unusual character in the history of the piano – an organist, a composer of sacred music, a harpsichord player, he is the first to have written piano sonata. Everyone wonders why and who influenced him? The only thing that we really know about him is that he took advantage of a short travel to Florence to write his 12 pieces all at once. His work fits perfectly to a new instrument and remains timeless. He offered to artists the ways where everyone is free to wander, discover, and search their own colors.
